Recognize that you have just had “psychic surgery” . A lot has been released and this will continue for a few days. Following these instructions will help you accelerate that clearing and bring you into greater balance and vitality sooner.
Know that each person experiences this work differently. Feeling tired, achy, emotional, or not grounded is normal. So is feeling great and energized. You may experience lucid dreaming and/or a greater awareness of your body and surroundings. Just recognize that whatever you are experiencing is perfect for you, and anything that comes up is doing so in order to be released.
- Drink lots of water – at least 64 oz/day. Small drinks throughout the day are preferable to large intakes.
- Take a salt bath (1 cup sea salts mixed with 1 cup baking soda) in very warm water for the first 3 days. Do not stay in the bath water for more than 20 minutes or the toxins may re-absorb.
- Increase your protein intake and eat whole, fresh foods.
- Make sure you are getting a healthy amount of regular sleep. Eight hours is good, more if you need it.
- Find a place to build your “new map” at home. This will help you anchor the transformations made in the session.
- Spend as much time as possible in nature. This will help clear residual energies and has a beautiful grounding effect.
- Be kind to yourself. Surround yourself with what pleases you and feeds your spirit.
- Memorize your New Journey Statement, feeling each gift, and anchoring the feelings on the hand. Allow only thoughts and words that empower you and your New Journey Statement to enter your mind - allowing all other thoughts to just fade way as you acclimate to this new vibration.
